10 signs that are telling you play too much Guitar Hero

The following 10 symptoms are a dead giveaway you’re playing too much Guitar Hero.

  1. Everytime you hear a rock song, you analyze it to figure out which frets you would press, and in what order.
  2. You randomly flip up the index and pinky finger (the rock sign).
  3. You flip up the rock sign, and keep your facial expression to a minimum, while using it as your answer to some questions.
    Example 1:
Q:”Hey, you wanna go and watch a movie?”
    A:*rock sign*
    Example 2:
    Q:”I love you!”
    A:*rock sign*
  4. You have played Guitar Hero while standing on the couch, as if it is your stage, looking down on the millions of screaming fans underneath you. It gives you a feeling of total awesomeness.
  5. You finish DragonForce’s ‘Through The Fire And The Flames’ on Expert
  6. You have at least one video on YouTube of you playing a 100% of any song on Expert. (and on Hyperspeed)
  7. When you close your eyes, you can see the green, red, yellow, blue and orange strings fall down all the time
  8. You randomly shout “Metal !” (as a reference to Tenacious D’s ‘The Metal’).
  9. You know every single one of the “loading screen” one-liners by heart.
  10. You have annoyed your roommates at least once, by practicing Slipknot’s ‘Before I Forget’ on slowest tempo.

Are you suffering from any of these aforementioned symptoms, go to your nearest gamestore and exchange it for any Disney game they have.
Good luck!

Neve Dolomiti Skate Happening

On 8 december there’s the yearly skate happening in Bommershoven, organised by BSA (Lou Cuppens).
Aside from competing in the amateur inlinehockey tournament, we are doing a skate demo on this skate happening as well. Spectacular shows are guaranteed for the visitors and everyone is welcome.
Here’s the schedule (in dutch).
And here’s the route description.

The day after, the 9th, we’re planning a trip to Snowworld (Landgraaf) with a bunch of inline skaters, to go snowboarding or skiing (whatever you prefer). Contact me if you wanna join us.
